Text messages (SMS)

When you give us your mobile number to book or to create an account, you agree to receive appointment text messages from We Nails: booking confirmations, a reminder before your visit, notice of any change, and a follow-up after your visit (about 1–3 messages per visit). No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to anyone. Your number is shared only with our text-messaging provider, and only to deliver the messages you agreed to receive.

5. Cookies

We use cookies to keep you logged into your account, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use our site. You may control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some features.

6. Data Retention

• Appointment & booking data: 3 years
• Payment records: 7 years (tax & compliance)
• Loyalty program data: Duration of membership + 1 year after closure
• Marketing data: Until you unsubscribe
