Welcome to We Nails. By using our services, booking appointments, or creating an account on our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Appointments & Cancellations
- Advance Booking: Appointments can be booked online through our website or by calling the salon.
- Cancellation Notice: We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service fee.
- No-Shows: Clients who do not show up without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.
- Arrival: Please arrive 5 minutes early so we can prepare for your service. Arriving 15 or more minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling at management's discretion.
- Late Arrivals: If you know you will be late, please call us so we can do our best to accommodate you.
2. Services & Satisfaction
- We Nails provides manicures, spa pedicures, nail art, artificial nails, extensions, and related beauty services.
- Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are unhappy with your service, please let us know before leaving the salon. We will gladly correct any issues at no additional charge. Once you have left the salon, we consider the service accepted.
- Repairs: If a nail becomes damaged through normal wear within 48 hours of your visit, contact us and we will schedule a complimentary repair within 7 days.
- No Refunds for Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds because you changed your mind about a service after it has been performed.
- Client-Caused Damage: Clients are responsible for repair charges resulting from damage caused by their own actions or inadequate nail care after leaving the salon.
3. Payments
- We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and cash. Personal checks are not accepted.
- Full payment is due upon completion of services.
- A deposit may be required for certain premium services or group bookings to secure your reservation.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price displayed at the time of booking will be honored.
4. Gift Cards
- Gift cards are available for purchase in any dollar amount and can be used toward any service.
- Gift card balances do not expire and are non-refundable for cash.
- We Nails is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards — lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded.
- Gift cards may be transferred to another person at the original purchaser's request.
5. Loyalty Points & Rewards
- Customers may enroll in our Loyalty Program to earn points on services and purchases.
- Points are earned per dollar spent and can be redeemed for discounts on future services once a minimum threshold is reached.
- Loyalty points are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are tied to your registered account only.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the loyalty program at any time with reasonable notice to active members.
- Points may expire after 12 months of account inactivity.
6. Account Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Each customer is entitled to one active account. Duplicate accounts may be suspended.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in inappropriate behavior.
- You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. Clients under 18 may require parental consent for certain services.
7. Health & Safety
- Contagious Conditions: For the safety of all clients and staff, please reschedule your appointment if you have any contagious infection, such as a fungal nail infection, warts, or open wounds. We reserve the right to refuse service in such cases.
- Allergies & Sensitivities: Please inform your technician of any known allergies or skin sensitivities before your service begins. We are not liable for adverse reactions if you did not disclose relevant health information.
- Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves inappropriately, or poses a risk to staff or other clients.
- Children: Children under 10 must remain supervised by a responsible adult at all times. For safety reasons, children may not be held in a client's lap during a service.
8. Liability Disclaimer
- We Nails and its staff are not liable for adverse outcomes resulting from services where proper procedures were followed and the client disclosed all relevant health information.
- We are not responsible for personal items that are lost, stolen, or damaged on salon premises. Please keep track of your belongings.
- Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided by their technician.
9. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand our data practices.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
