By accessing wenails.net or booking and receiving services from We Nails, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time; changes are effective immediately upon posting.
Online appointments are accepted through our website. You must provide accurate contact and service information when booking. A confirmation will be sent to your email and/or phone. If any detail is incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@wenails.net.
Appointment availability is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances such as staffing emergencies or salon closures, and will notify you as soon as possible.
A deposit is required to secure most bookings (especially services over 60 minutes or specialty treatments). The deposit amount — typically 50% of the estimated service price — is shown during checkout and processed securely through Helcim.
Your deposit is applied toward your final invoice. Deposits are non-refundable except in the following situations:
Refunds, when approved, are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations can be submitted via email, phone, or your account on our website.
Customers with a pattern of late cancellations or no-shows may be required to prepay in full or may be declined future bookings at our discretion.
Rescheduling: If rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice, your deposit transfers to the new appointment (within 90 days of the original date).
We Nails offers manicures, pedicures, gel, acrylics, nail art, and specialty treatments. Results may vary based on individual nail type, skin condition, and home care. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
We do not issue cash refunds once a service has been completed and you have left the salon. By paying for and leaving after your service, you confirm that you accepted the results at the time of completion. If you are unhappy with your nails, please speak to a manager before you pay and leave — we will correct or remove the service at no charge.
No refund will be given for simply changing your mind about a color, shape, nail length, or design after the service is complete.

Not covered under the guarantee: breakages, tears, or corner breaks caused by physical impact; damage from improper home care (picking, peeling, harsh chemicals); regular polish services (no guarantee — touch-ups at our discretion within 24 hours of service); changes in color or design preference.
Please inform us of any known allergies or skin sensitivities before your appointment. We will note them in your profile. We Nails is not liable for allergic reactions caused by professional-grade products. If you experience a reaction, discontinue use and seek medical attention if needed.
If your natural nails are severely damaged, thin, or brittle, we may recommend alternative services to prevent further harm. Our recommendations are based on professional judgment.
Enrolled members earn points with every service purchase. Standard services earn 1 point per $1 spent; premium services earn 1.5 points per $1. Bonus points may be awarded during promotions.
Points may be redeemed for service discounts, free services, or VIP perks as shown in your account. Redeemed points cannot be transferred, refunded, or exchanged for cash.
Loyalty points expire 12 months after they are earned if not redeemed. Points earned in the last 30 days of your membership year carry over. Expired points cannot be reinstated.
Accounts with no activity (services or redemptions) for 12 consecutive months may have their points balance forfeited. We will attempt to notify you by email before forfeiture.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program at any time, including point values, tiers, redemption options, and expiration rules. Enrolled members will be notified of significant changes via email.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Deposits are processed through Helcim. If a payment fails, your appointment may be canceled. For billing questions, contact us at contact@wenails.net within 30 days of the charge.
We Nails follows strict sanitation and sterilization protocols, including hospital-grade sterilization of tools, use of disposable items where applicable, and regular hand hygiene. We comply with all California state board health and safety regulations.
⚠️ Important — Please read before booking a pedicure service.
By booking a pedicure service with We Nails, you confirm that you do not have an active ingrown nail, open wound, or infection on the service area, or that you have disclosed any such condition to our staff prior to your appointment.
If you have a contagious disease, active skin infection, or open wound anywhere relevant to the service area, please reschedule your appointment. We may refuse service for health and safety reasons without penalty to you.
Pregnant clients or those with medical conditions (diabetes, circulation issues, compromised immune system) should inform us before services. We will do our best to accommodate you safely.
We maintain a respectful, welcoming environment for all clients and staff. Harassment, abusive language, discriminatory remarks, or threatening behavior will result in immediate removal from the salon and a permanent ban from future services without refund.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, We Nails, its owners, and employees are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service at issue.
You agree to indemnify and hold We Nails harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or your use of our services.
All content on wenails.net — text, images, logos, and design — is the property of We Nails or licensed from third parties and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute it without our written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts of California. Claims must be filed within one year of the date they arose.
